What cookies are
Cookies are small files the site stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work at all (sign-in, cart, language); the rest are optional and load only if you accept them.

This page lists every cookie the site can set: its name, category, purpose, duration and who receives it. Without that, consent cannot be called informed.

How we measure traffic
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, for visitor statistics: how many people come to the site, where from, and which pages they read. We do not sell this data and we do not use it for personalised advertising. None of it loads until you tick the “Statistics” category; if you refuse it, the Tag Manager container is never requested at all.
Who receives the data
Kommo (chat and CRM), Google (Analytics and Tag Manager for statistics, YouTube on request only) and IuteCredit (only if you choose instalments, on their own page). These services are hosted outside the Republic of Moldova.
Changing your choice
You can change your choices at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
