MobilexMob SRL is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it and how we use it, in accordance with Law No. 195/2024 of the Republic of Moldova on personal data protection and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Personal Data Collected
We collect the following categories of personal data: full name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order history, product preferences and technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
3. Purpose of Processing
Your data is processed exclusively for the following purposes: processing and managing orders, communicating about order status and delivery, customer support, improving our services and website, and sending commercial communications only with your prior consent.
4. Legal basis
We process data on four grounds, depending on the purpose. Performance of a contract: the delivery and contact details of an order. Legal obligation: keeping accounting records. Legitimate interest: replying to messages sent through the site forms and protecting against abuse. Consent: optional cookies, Google Analytics statistics, the chat widget, and publishing a review under your name, which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with delivery partners and payment processors solely for order fulfilment, under data processing agreements.
6. Transfers outside the Republic of Moldova
Some services we use are hosted outside the Republic of Moldova: Kommo (chat and CRM), Google (Analytics and Tag Manager for statistics, and YouTube videos loaded only at your request) and IuteCredit (only if you choose instalments). These transfers take place under standard contractual clauses agreed with the providers.
7. How long we keep data
Orders are kept for 5 years, as accounting law requires; after that the contact details are anonymized and the sales record remains without a name. Contact messages and custom furniture requests are kept for 2 years. Unpublished reviews are kept for 3 years; published ones stay until you or we take them down. Proof of cookie consent is kept for 3 years. You can ask for erasure earlier at any time.
8. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for the site to work at all: authentication, your shopping cart and your language preference. These cannot be switched off, because the site does not function without them. We also use optional cookies, set by the Kommo chat widget, only after you explicitly agree. Until you choose, no third-party service is loaded.
